Prior
to my my first departure in Nov '99 I received a
mini digital video camera as a going away gift from
a business associate. (Thanks Again, Fred!) I am,
after a year and a half, finally putting it to good
use. |

I
just completed a whirl-wind road trip of seven EcoTrackers
sites taping each one and some in between. My co-pilot
and cameraman was a new Ecudorian pal, Juan Carlos. |

Being
a local, he paved the way for me on numerous occasions
and open doors for me that might have been locked
shut to a Gringo like me... |

He had absolutely no camera experience but took
to the little Sony like a fish to water. Soon you
should be able to see some video on the website,
within a few weeks! Hopefully sooner. We had a blast
and got some really fun footage.
